It's impossible to add more than 4 Robot Masters in a single update due to the bosses being the second-hardest thing to program (I guess the hardest thing to make is the "main feature" of each update, such as playable characters, the Wily Challenge or the multi-boss feature). I voted Fire, Ice, Life form (which I call the "Nature" theme) and Other (Quick Man, Shadow Man).

How about "Bosses cannot be set to give you Magnet Beam, Rush Coil or Rush Jet"? When are you guys fixing that one? It's probably just a misplaced variable value somewhere.

How the dev team can now make Gemini Man

Step 1: Make ONLY the 2nd-half-of-battle AI. Might want to tweak it so that it also hops over small obstacles like Flash Man and Snake Man. Step 2: Place 2 Gemini Men in the boss room with a Boss Supressor. Step 3: Optionally make them both have a secondary weakness to the Mega Buster. Step 4: Profit!

The advantage of lava is that it is a non-solid OHKO, meaning you can't just damage-boost walk through it like you can with oil fire.
