Because the Flame Sword is already nerfed compared to the original in MM8. That's the whole reason this thread exists! Almost everyone in the MMM community agrees that Flame Sword in MMM is too weak to be useful!

In its original game Flame sword has more sprites and inflicts up to 12hp, I understand that in MMM it has fewer sprites because otherwise it is very complicated to do, but at least it should have more power per hit, like 3hp per hit. Even in MM8FC it has fewer sprites and still deals more damage. ...

The thing I want most for a main feature is simply that the devs optimize the game (maybe via dynamic loading of the colliders?) so that the bigger levels can run without lag in the potato computers that most of us have. Glad to know :) Because I would really like to have Snake Man in the next update, mostly for theming reasons (though if Flash Man or Hornet Man come instead, I won't complain).
