Re: Campaign creator

I really hope this becomes a reality...and you can see that more and more people are creating full sized games now, and not just single levels. With a campaign creator, your stage select screen would look something like this: https://i.imgur.com/5jXnikm.png You could choose from the stage selects fr...

Re: Military Base (ID: 394581)

It was an alright level, although fairly easy Did you copy some screens from somewhere? A couple sections you had seemed extremely familiar but I can't remember what the source was If you copied things, don't copy lol remakes are boring af A couple of the screens with the magma beam generators, I l...

More than one background color per level.

I made this suggestion a couple of years ago, but I thought I would bring it up again. You would think this is a no-brainer, and something that could easily be implemented. As it stands, when you select a background color...it affects the entire level. You should be able to change background colors ...

I get you might want to be like the original games, but the original games were pretty bad, so don't build off them too much Hmmm...this is the second time this week someone on here has mentioned that the original games were bad. This is a new revelation to me. Perhaps this is a subject that should...

Any music you want to use...wherever you want it.

Not to confuse this with the music changer that has been highly requested...what I'm suggesting here, is allow the player to use any music track anywhere they want. Example, you can use boss music as your standard stage music, or standard stage music as your boss music. There shouldn't be any limits...

Re: Arctic Man (ID: 382403)

My only tiny criticism is utility weapons you offered; only the Super Armor had a purpose, and it was only in one screen. Perhaps integrating the Coil as part of backup strategies could go a long way. But that's a minor nitpick. The level was very well designed imo, good job Thanks for the feedback...

Re: Fiery Abyss (ID: 381704)

There was one thing I thought was sligthly off while going through the stage though. During the first "firewall segment" we had a lot of enemies hindering our progress. During the second firewall section were we climbed vertically it was much easier since there were no enemies present and I could j...

Fiery Abyss (ID: 381704)

This is an improved version of a level I uploaded around a year ago. With 1.6 being released, I decided to go back to it and make some changes to try and make it better. It's a traditional level with lots of fire hazards and fire type enemies. Level ID: 381704 https://megamanmaker.com/?level=381704 ...

Arctic Man "Frozen City" (ID: 383194)

A good ol' fashioned traditional level with lots of ice and slippery conditions. Edit: I went back and made a couple of minor changes to the level. I also renamed it "Frozen City". Re: What do you think is necessary to make the game more interesting?

Wily bosses. Even if you can't customize them and you have to place them on a special screen that is pre-built just for them...I'd rather have non-customizable Wily bosses than non at all. We also need the larger mini-boss enemies - the giant snails from Toad Man's stage, the giant snakes from Snake...

Re: Mega maker vs mario maker 2

I love the Mario Maker games...but I had some big disappointments with Mario Maker 2. One of the biggest ones is how hardly any new enemies or bosses were added (I think only 1 or 2 new enemies and 1 new boss). I was also disappointed how you couldn't further customize the levels (change backgrounds...

Allow multiple bosses on single screen to be fought one at a time.

In a future update, there should be an option added where if you place multiple bosses on one screen, you can fight them one at a time, rather than only being able to fight them all at once. As soon as one boss is defeated, the next one appears.

Re: Water Treatment Plant - 320816

Overall, it was a decent level, decent looking as well, submerged tiles look nice. My main complain would be the use of too many enemy types, you should focus on using only a few specific enemies, instead of throwing a buch of different enemies without a real ramp-up in the difficulty and variety i...
