Re: Level Limit

89 levels is WAY too high, and like D-Man said, the devs can't just increase the level upload limit if they want to, they need more server space to do so. 20 levels is already a good number. If you want to upload more levels, just delete levels that are too old, that are broken, or that you simply d...

Re: Dislikes

Yeah, not only is it impossible to know how many upvotes and downvotes you got, just the total score, but it's also a really unreliable way to get feedback. The general community likes short and easy levels. Stages with a good level of challenge and good use of enemies and gimmicks will probably not...

Note: I'm only including the Robot Masters from games I have played, even if I know how their fights are like MM6 Blizzard Man: D Centaur Man: C Flame Man: C Knight Man: C Plant Man: G Tomahawk Man: B Wind Man: D Yamato Man: D MM7 Freeze Man: A Junk Man: never fought buster-only, can't give a fair o...

Swimming

Kind of random topic, but basically, what's your opinion on the swimming mechanics from MM8? Personally I like the swimming mechanic, it's pretty nice since it allows for a different kind of movement underwater, though the way the swimming controls work is kind of not good, because you can't swim in...

Re: About the Weapon Analysis Series

I guess they could be kind of helpful, since knowing exactly how a weapon works can help making challenges around them, but personally I think they're more interesting than helpful (but honestly, they're probably both).

Re: Mega Man Fan Quiz

11) No idea. 12) No idea. 13) I know Freeze Man doesn't, not sure if Skull Man did. There might be more, I don't know. 14) I'm guessing you can't hit him with Charge Kick, maybe also not Water Wave or Napalm Bomb? I don't know. 15) I don't think he was in MM4, but I could be wrong and probably am. 1...

Re: I hate minecraft

Minecraft is a survival game, shouldnt we see a lot more realistic elements apart from crafting and eating. Too much realism can make a game really unfun. You already have to keep eating to not starve to death, regenerate HP, and keep your hunger bar high so that you have enough energy to sprint, y...

Re: I hate minecraft

I honestly don't think it's very fair to say a game is bad for reasons like "oh the graphics are unappealing" or "oh the game is unrealistic", or "oh the fanbase is terrible and it's taking over youtube". None of these have anything to do with the gameplay (and most other reasons that you mentioned ...

Re: Mega Man Fan Quiz

1) "Fight, Megaman! For everlasting peace!" 2) 1/2 of a health bar (14HP) at max ammo. Every 2 ammo bars for Time Stopper equal one health bar lost for Quick Man. 3) Magnet Man. 4) Kalinka. 5) Charge Man. 6) The Super Adaptor was not in MM6. 7) Freeze Cracker against Freeze Man. 8) Aqua Man. 9) Jewe...

Re: What is the best shield weapon from MM1 to MM10 ?

Fire Storm and Scorch Wheel aren't shield weapons. They're both projectile-based. Fire Storm's "shield" vanishes really quickly, and as far as I know, doesn't block projectiles, meaning it's not very good at protecting the user. Even if you wanted to consider it an actual shield weapon, it probably ...

Re: Who is the best sidekick to Mega Man?

That list is pretty inaccurate. Bass is an anti-hero, not a sidekick, Dr. Wily is the series' main antagonist, and Zero wasn't even activated during the main series events. It's also missing Auto. Anyways, I would say the one who helps Mega Man the most is Dr. Light. Not only did he build Mega Man, ...

Re: More suggestions for bosses

I think Bond Man has been deconfirmed, or at least soft-deconfirmed, since he's unused and, as a result, has no official pattern. Bond Man's pattern is similar to Crash Man's, you can read it here: http://magmmlcontest.com/wiki/index.php?title=Bond_Man It's not just similar, it's unofficial and lit...

Re: im a huge scorbunny fan,

My personal thoughts on the starters are: Gen I: Bulbasaur is the best, obviously. The other two are just ok. Gen II: I don't really like Chikorita that much, as for the other two I don't know which one I like the most. Gen III: Treecko is obviously the best starter Pokémon of all time. The other tw...

vertical lifts are pretty cool too, probably better than the horizontal ones

The vertical variants could possibly be used to simulate wall-jumping without weapons.

The reason why I made this thread is because one of the levels I made has a segment where slide jumping can let you progress easier: https://i.imgur.com/jio0QKo.png https://i.imgur.com/NAyRw1P.png The enemies have been cleared out of the top room. The rain jump can be made without sliding, but requ...

Re: Allow multiple bosses on single screen to be fought one at a time.

Huh, that's a nice idea, kind of like one-screen boss rushes. One question though, what would happen in-game to the inactive bosses until the player fights them? Will they stay hidden and then when they become active you get the intro, or will they just kind of stay in the background as if they were...
