I think we could have more than 4 bosses in two possibilities, if will have GB content added as a surprise of the update it would probably give us two more bosses.

Another situation would be if we have Wily bosses as the big surprise, we would probably have two more bosses as well.

Yes, the more interactions the better.

I don't know if you noticed, but if you look carefully, you will see that in the Wily Firewall announcement what destroys the Ice block is the Air Fire projectile, so the ice blocks could probably be destroyed by various enemies and fire objects.

I believe they will bring us something really big in 1.6, but I hope that in the next update they will focus on simpler things like tiles, bgs, bosses, enemies and gimmicks and some simple improvements so 1.7 doesn't take so long.
