:lol: Well, levels that have bosses with Tornado Blow as their weakness will need multiplied damage feature I suppose.

I went and checked to see if that's true and it isn't. The falling speed of all objects gets slowed down while Time Slow is active. Maybe you encountered some kind of bug? Have you ever tried putting Bubble Man in a puddle which is only one or two tiles tall? If not, try it once and you'll know what is Bubble Man overpowered. :lol:

It turns out that it is a giant northern, it is a fire enemy, the wiki says it and in Mega Man 8 it is also shown calling fire in the intro, so it should be able to burn oil and activate the dynamite with a shot. Well that's not quite neccessary. They could implement the Fire Snakey in the Wily War...
