If I map a moving button to a character key, the moving effect will occur when I type the corresponding key into the level report detail textarea. For example: My up button is the <i> key, so whenever I type <i>, the level report detail gets blurred out and another element will be focused.

Well, just use the Astro Gates, one press and all door unlocked, just like the concept of one key unlocking any doors.

Well here's my suggestion: Just don't! Don't stuff a whole game into one level. No one would enjoy that slow and laggy thing.

I'm with this, at least for Time Man.
In hard mode he has a special move that allows him to dodge non-weakness attacks and counter with a minute vector. It makes sense because there's no point of having a ZA WARUDO move but can not use it for defensive purpose.

If you are talking about the issue that the game is still on taskbar, but can't be toggled on, when I encounter that issue I solve the problem by pressing F3
