This is a document that contains info on how to properly replace sprites. You'll have to change sprite margin to move your character out of the ground. Also if you want weapon palettes, you'll have to make primary, secondary, and outline whitemasks for the primary color, secondary color, and outline...

There was also a lag fix on the Genesis Mini version AFAIK. It's cool that you'll be able to finally play the game in English on an NTSC Genesis console without lag.

The 1/2/9/10 SFX mod has been updated to 1.7.5. I'm probably going to postpone development on both Mega Man Maker Plus 2 and Mega Man Maker Refit until 1.7 is truly done with being patched, since i don't want to have to port every single thing over just because a few small bugs were fixed.

My idea is they could implement what the MaGMML Wiki did, where the verification process involves Mega Man-related questions, like the series' japanese name, who is Mega Man's brother, etc.

The Sonic update! I used Motorroach's Mega Man NES styled Sonic customs here (though Sonic himself uses Sonic Pocket Adventure sprites recolored with the NES palette). Just wanted to give a heads up on the mod. I will not be porting Mega Man Maker Plus 2 directly to 1.7.4.3. I have instead renamed "1.7.4.2" in the game's code to "1.7.4.3". This means that bugs like the Bouncy Ball magnet glitch will still be in the game. However, i don't want to disable online, so...
