It's a TAS - of course it abuses frame timing.
Best guess is that there's a glitch where you can abuse the invincibility frames to end faster.

Isn't that just Sheep Blocks, which are already in? Unlike Sheep Blocks, this has an adjustable countdown, will not work with connected blocks and will get triggered by more things. So, essentially a Count Bomb, but in various horizontally wider sizes, and without the explosion when the timer runs ...

I admit it, this level was too rushed. Level design wasn't good and gameplay sucked. Not even a single way of teaching the player about the gimmicks.

This will be fixed in A Farewell to 1.6 and A Welcome to 1.7 and anything afterwards.
