I remember playing a romhack of MM2 a long time ago that used that as one of the stage backgrounds. It was awesome.

Actually, this turned out to be partially my fault, but mostly someone else's fault. If anyone else tries to copy a map from an official game, make sure that the person who ripped the map didn't actually screw it up. The map I was following was wrong. How about adding a new type of checkpoint (maybe give it an alternate color scheme) where if you trigger a different checkpoint, that first checkpoint becomes "unused", and if you pass by that first checkpoint again, you can re-activate it and you'll respawn at that point instead. This would be good...

I'm pretty sure the player should not be able to pass through ring man beams from below. This seems to occur with every character.

They've added almost everything that I want. The only thing that I'm still hoping for is have multiple robot masters in the same level. I like this idea with regards to it being a fun implementation of the weapon, however I would be a little remiss that Shadow Man himself does not teleport, so the weapon would no longer represent his abilities.
