Disabling minimaps will force people to make shorter levels and therefore, less lags. So, you want to make MMM less user friendly? Why? People who want to make larger levels will , there's nothing we can do to stop them. All removing the map would do is make it harder for everybody. Not to mention ...

Guys, how is it even an april fool joke? You asked for it, otherwise there wouldn't be an announcement. The menu was overwelmed by useless features, that's a fact. And this will be released for 1.5.4 most likely, not 1.6. How exactly does toggle-able minimaps and UI make it 'overwhelmed by useless ...

Is there a limit on the amount of fortress stages, or would I hypothetically be able to remix an entire fortress?

Also, would I be allowed to use assets from each level interchangeably, or would they have to stay separate?

Just put people in a room with 2 one-way teleporters at the beginning of the level, each to a different version of the same stage. There's no reason to implement that. Wouldn't you have to rebuild the level from scratch, then? For a few of my levels, I don't think there'd be enough space on the map.

Honestly, I think the reason the forums are dead, is because they're forums. Nobody really cares about them much anymore, most people who would be on forums are on reddit.

If I wanted to talk to and befriend monsters in the the middle of a turn-based RPG environment, I'd just play games from the Shin Megami Tensei series.
For me, it's a mixture of the writing, the music, and the shmup elements.

Well, this was a level, I suppose. I'm just going to go through the first few rooms. After a short hub room, the level drops you in a room full of enemies, forcing you to immediately figure out how 4 whole enemy types work at once .
