I saw deflected shots can damage enemies in Mega Man Rock Force, this is a good idea. And Scorch Wheel doesn't work underwater in Burst Man stage, even though this is bad, it makes sense. What?!!!! This is actually written there! Why is it written with such broken grammar, though? :| it's looking like just a prediction instead information from the developers. I agree with Cut Man, it seems like an unofficial prediction, they better delete it or they will confuse the community.

Considering that Croby has a mod in which he has implemented Dust man, I doubt the developers are planning to implement it to him very soon at this point.
