It's beginning to look even more apparent as to why Spark Shock was overlooked from MM3. :| The only thing left to separate this from MM1 Ice Slasher is to tweak projectile values like speed/maximum shots allowed at once/damage. If you want the devs to include Cold Man, I suggest focusing on his boss fight versatility first. Then we can worry about custom boss rooms.

Decent level design, plenty of areas that reward exploration and increase replay value, plenty of uses for each weapon...

I give this level an 8/10. I can see a few potential soft-lock situations, but it's good level nonetheless.

Maybe you could submit it as an example stage. Or, if you really want to compete, denote someone else as the contest judge.

Ice Wall - It's an ice weapon that can serve a mobility purpose.

Copy Vision - Unique weapon, could make for some interesting "two places at once" puzzles.

Magic Card - Collects items, can be aimed upward.

Spread Drill - Has wide screen coverage for a straight-shooting weapon.

Maybe if it was occasional, and those power-ups were in glass capsules. That would imply the Hoohoo was so quick to grab and drop something, he didn't realize it would help the intruder.

Maybe add a few weapon energy capsules near the checpoints... and maybe shave off a few spikes in that last section.
