Can't really say. I'm currently working on a secret mod with someone else right now. I might work on it after 1.7 just to be safe.

Pretty awesome! 8-) Pretty daunting task of replacing all those 8 bit sprites with 16 bit, considering how huge MMM is. I suggest you take it slow and with bite size bits of work. Don't try to do too much at once or you'll burn out and get discouraged. Set small goals. Like replacing just character...

About the 16-bit mod, I already started working on it too, I even tested wily war's megaman sprites, they work greatly (even if he looks a bit squashed). And when did Luigi disapprove of the music? While its indeed in different format, its still custom music. If you want to collaborate on the 16-bit...
