One of the possible meanings of these colors in my opinion could be the inclusion of Roll, or Roll and Duo as playable characters, or only Duo, Red and Blue.

The developers will probably still keep these weapons in the MM10 table in update 1.7, it makes sense that they stay in this temporary place, and the wiki should show them how they are classified in the game so as not to confuse less knowledgeable players about Mega Man series. Apparently Junk Man would have to have the block attack removed or altered, perhaps in MMM Junk Man will not jump on top of the block after launching it, the blocks could break when hit the wall.
