I recommend you change to Wind Man for Gyro Man and in passing, Silver Tomahawk for Gyro Attack or change that name to Tornado Hold

We do not know, but the producers never reveal it, since it's a surprise and it's usually updated every 3 months (2 out of 5, one in 4, one in 2 and one in about 9) so you can speculate with that
