I might be picky here, but Flash stopper ad my favorite coloration of Mega Man. Why have it been changed to the coloration of Time stopper? It's one of the highlights of D-Man's weapon analyses. The examples he gives really exhibits weapon characteristics especially well.

With the Y.Spear being more like Yamato Man's version is a great idea, I wouldn't like the idea of nerfing Y.Spear to where it no longer goes through tiles so that the spear heads fall to the ground. I fully expect Cloud Man to eventually be in MMM as one of the 2 picks from MM7 to equal four RMs. He fits all the Dev criteria exceptionally well. Honestly, I think it's better to just leave Yamato Spear as is. It doesn't really need any change, specially with Needle Cannon having that new weird attribute that is useful for a single target but makes fighting a larger group of enemies a bit weird. For Y. Spear, it should do more damage (3 units) since it uses more energy than Laser Trident. It's higher speed and slightly tilted trajectory are what set it apart. I also see the idea of firing during a slide/dash being passed around a lot. I would rather have the slow effect applied to B. Lead....

I wouldn't mind seeing Bubble Lead given 3 projectiles instead of 2, to match the count Bubble Man shoots (matching the Mega Buster projectile count as well).
