MM2: Neo Met, Sniper Joe, Telly, Crazy Cannon, Batton, Robbit, Crabbot, Fly Boy, Shrink.
MM3: Peterchy, Potton, Hammer Joe, Mechakkero, Pole, Pole Egg, New Shotman, Petit Snakey, Komasaburo, Cannon, Walking Bomb, Gyoraibo, Mag Fly, Tama, Bubukan.
MM4: Togehero, Shield Attacker, Super Ball Machine Jr, Skullmet, Taketento, Gachapon, Minoan, Wall Blaster, Pakatto 24, Docron, Mummira, Whopper.

This is a little subjective, but it's my opinion of enemies that are fun and/or realistic to fight with Bass given how his buster works. There is also his mobility to think about so this is based on both damage output and then movement. I especially ruled out three enemies due to them taking just one lemon too many to be enjoyable (unless used in some way I couldn't think of). HP was the most important thing I took into account. This is basically just from playtesting with the editor.

Mega Man probably has the highest number of enemies that work with him so I would only be able to exclude one or two at most (I think Power Muscler). For Proto Man, I made a list of enemies that are good in Proto Strike levels in May: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=10475
