New menu!

I'm really proud we will go back to the old menu in the next version. I feel like this one has too many unnecessary things and it takes hell of a time to load, it is overwhelming. I think everyone pretty much feel the same. So cool Wrecking listens to us!

Considering it's April second and that you wouldn't post a joke thread here, I'll bite. I can almost guarantee that was just an April fools joke.

And this will be released for 1.5.4 most likely, not 1.6.

I'm sorry, I think it could be true and it would be interesting to see how the previous menu will be improved, but I'll still have my doubts. :|

BECAUSE THE FAVOURITE WHEEL WILL BE GONE

its stupid that the devs will throw an idea out after three updates of it being released. it was even a major feature of 1.5 and was in the trailer as its own section

if there were legal issues with Mario Maker 2, I would understand

I'm pretty sure the classic interface update was likely intended as an April Fools joke...
Due to my current inability to play MMM in a satisfactory manner on either of my devices, I will be on hiatus from activity for an indefinite period of time.
