snakeman,needleman, gemini man, shadow man
from 7 turboman because he's cool
from 8 tenguman because he's so bad ass
You do know that Gemini man can't be added due to terrain issues, right, other than that, you do have a good list

Out of all games currently supported in Mega Man Maker, these are the bosses that i think can work ingame the best:

Mega Man 1: Guts Man and Elec Man
Mega Man 2: Air Man, Flash Man, and Quick Man
Mega Man 3: Snake Man and Shadow Man
Mega Man 4: Dust Man and Dive Man
Mega Man 5: Gyro Man and Wave Man
Mega Man 6: Blizzard Man and Tomahawk Man
Mega Man 7: Burst Man and Junk Man
Mega Man 8: Clown Man and Tengu Man
Mega Man 9: Jewel Man, Magma Man, and Splash Woman
Mega Man 10: Commando Man and Chill Man
Mega Man 11: Block Man and Fuse Man

Notes:

Air Man would probably need some of his tornado patterns tweaked slightly, but not too heavily.

Gyro Man could fly like Shade Man to attack and fly out of pits.

Clown Man would only do his swing attack if there was a nearby Thunder Claw Pole, otherwise doing his other attacks.

During his dive attack, Tengu Man goes through blocks and lands where the player is at.

Block Man's Block Golem form should be shrunken a bit rather than completely removed.

For those saying Snake Man and Chill Man can't attack through walls, there are already bosses in MMM that can't attack through walls.

That's true, but those bosses are in because they fulfill the other two conditions:

1) They don't get stuck on custom rooms.

2) They aim their attacks at the player or otherwise have a very wide attacking range.

The bosses in question are: Bomb Man, Crash Man, Crystal Man, Shade Man, Grenade Man and Concrete Man.

For the bosses of Mega Man 11, I want Block Man and Fuse Man. The reason why I chose them is because both of them have a different fighting pattern when the Gears are activated, which can be interesting with Conveyor Belts or Moving Cogs.
In the name of the MEME Tanks, you did a great job!

Snake Man and Chill Man are like that though. Chill Man jumps, and Snake Man navigates uneven terrain AND jumps. Chill Man could use his MM10 hard mode attack where he fires the chill spikes in 5 different directions at once while in midair.

I have tested every boss through various wall thicknesses, and as of right now, Napalm Man, Concrete Man, and Bounce Man cannot attack you (or at least damage you) through walls, at all.

Chill Man jumps
Rather infrequently... I do believe he'd make a great "chaser" boss, but he'll spend more time stuck than jumping over obstacles...

I thought Napalm Man's straight missiles COULD go through walls? :| ...I can't talk for Bounce Man because I've never made a level with him, but I thought his punch would go through walls as well?

So bear with me
MM1: i honestly am ok with what we have
MM2: Quick Man and Flash Man
-I think due to their movements and them being able to shoot through tiles.
MM3: Shadow Man and Snake Man
MM4: Dust Man and Bright Man
MM5: Gyro Man and Wave Man
MM6: Yamato Man and Tomahawk Man
MM7: Freeze Man and Cloud Man
MM8: Clown Man (albeit a few changes may need to be made) and Search Man
MM9: Most of them could work (excluding Jewel Man) but I would want Galaxy Man and Splash Woman (just give her a out of water sprite and fighting style)
MM10: Solar Man (PRAISE THE SUN) and Strike Man
MM11: This is a hard one since i haven't played it yet. But i would say Torch Man and Tundra Man
MM&B: Tengu Man and Burner Man
Others: Yes i am doing the others list: for this i would say Punk and Ballade, due to their movement and they are fun as hell to fight.
MMV: Pluto and Terra

Jewel Man would work though, he jumps every time you jump, walks, and attacks through walls. He'd be perfect for the game

For some odd reason, ALL of MM9's bosses are viable! MM9 is the only game where that happens, all others have at least one Robot Master that doesn't work in custom rooms.

Maybe they should just go ahead and add all the bosses of MM9 since it's the exception. :P

Wouldn't Splash Woman require additional custom AI to be added to function outside liquids, similar to Bubble Man in MMM? Being fought on land is a custom environment that she isn't specifically designed for in her source game. :|

That is the reason on the original post I mentioned that...
I think it would be funny if she laid on the ground and quickly fired off one trident at the same rate bubble man would out of water.

She could act like the Shrink out of the water and move around the room.

Mmmm, not bad... Depending on how far her flopping moves her she could be a threat even outside of water, albeit in a comedic way  Like making these very low but unpredictable hops with a random horizontal direction and speed...

1. Elec Man. Only electric RMs we have are Spark Man and Sheep Man, so why not?
2. Quick Man. He really works well with uneven terrain. Even his arena proves this!
3. Needle Man. Also works decently well with uneven terrain.
4. Dust Man. My mind keeps pointing to him and I don't know why.
5. Star Man. Could work with uneven terrain.
6. Tomahawk Man. Underrated RM...
7. Freeze Man. We need more Ice RMs!
8. Aqua Man. Pump and Bubble are the only 2 water RMs in MMM, so why not?
9. Magma Man. More flames equals more jus- wait, wrong one...
10. Solar Man. We need more fire RMs that can actually light oil. Pharaoh Man is a pseudo-fire RM
11. You expected a fire robot master, but it was me, Acid Man! Maybe you can place water or chemical solution for him to be able to use speed gear.

Most of these are because they could work well with uneven terrain
1. Oil Man
2. Quick Man
3. Snake Man
4. Dust Man
5. Star Man
6. Tomahawk Man
7. Burst Man? Probably?
8. Tengu Man
9. Magma Man. We need more fire RMs. Pharaoh Man is a pseudo-fire robot master...
10. Strike Man
11. Torch Man
