I can't seem to reproduce the bug that one level has in the editor. Weird..... o_O

See those Lift Platforms?
I'm supposed to use Flash Stopper when they're up and go under them.So far so good.
But what if I instead slide over them to the next screen?

Mega Man DISAPPEARS,and the screen scrolls to one of the very first screens,where he is now stuck INSIDE OF A WALL.What just happened?
I also got two other variations of this glitch:one where I died when I touched one of the Lift Platforms,and no,it didn't hit the ceiling.
The other one I got sent to a blank screen THAT'S NOT EVEN IN THE FREAKING LEVEL and died.I got this second version twice,but in the first time I didn't screenshot it for some reason and the second time I pressed F5 instead of F9 by acident.
If I can get the second one again,I'll screenshot it and add it here.

Yeah, that specific setup actually wasn't triggering the bug for me, either, but that is the placement of the gate in the level that bugged out on me. I didn't have a chance to screenshot the level so I mocked up the placement as an example.

I uncharged Mega Buster shot a undamaged Crazy Razy (top still attached to the bottom) in the head, for a 1 hit kill and it dropped 2 items, a large health refill and a large weapon refill, I tried to duplicate this hundreds of times, but when it did drop something it was only 1 item, instead of the 2 earlier.

Aren't the head and body treated as two separate enemies?

-Take a pile of Dust Blocks with gravity-affected items above,in this case health pickups
-Destroy the Dust Blocks below item so it falls down
-Walk a bit to the right or left until the Dust Blocks and item leave the screen
-Come back and the item will be inside the Dust Blocks

I'm not sure, if you hit it in the head while whole the whole thing dies, however if you hit the lower part with 3 uncharged buster shots, then the lower part disappears and the top part flies around crazily, then if you hit it once it dies, I never had it drop 2 items in the official games, only 1 item.

If you're on a ladder with Shine and mash the attack button while climbing you can use Shine on the ladder

seems like you hit it in a VERY precise spot where you kill BOTH body and head and it happened to drop something twice

Footholders still sometimes will drop the player randomly.

If you're too close to a Hammer Joe when you attempt to deflect his hammer with Protoman's shield, the projectile simply disappears and the Hammer Joe takes no damage. I haven't confirmed this behavior with any other enemy, but I have tested Shine and it does deflect the hammers correctly.

This might be intentional, i'm posting this here either way since im not sure if this works as intended or not.

First one: Proto man can shoot spines just fine without having to jump and shoot them from a lower elevation.

Same goes for mechakkeros, he can shoot em' just fine when they are sitting on the ground:

Once again, this might be intentional as an additional perk for proto man in case double damage is active. :)

Building easier levels made me realize how difficult it is to keep a stage "light" yet interesting at the same time. It is a fun challenge projected to the creator rather than to the player. ;)

I've never actually noticed this before... I actually kind of like the change as it differentiates his standard buster shots slightly from Mega Man. Does this lower firing height also apply to ProtoMan shooting while jumping?

It's a bit harder to use it as effectively since you're moving up/down when shooting while jumping, but it can make a bit of a difference, especially when it comes to maximum height range.

EDIT: I just confirmed it with this little room:

The blue is the approximate range of Mega Man's shots and the red is the approximate range of Proto Man's shots, depending on personal accuracy. When shooting near the max jump height, Mega Man can always hit the Met, but Proto Man's shots need to be a bit more precise to be able to hit it.

Using Water Wave at certain distances can cause it to "clip" in odd directions.
