I think the game FPS is dropping when updated to 1.5.3. What happened?

The sound glitch I once mention for Spring Man in inductance mode also happens to Nado. When being the twister and hit Ctrl R to restart from checkpoint the sound effects continue to play until Mega use Nado again.

I had FPS issues with 1.5.3 as well. I managed to fix it by turning vsync on for MMM (go into your graphics card control panel and turn on vsync; I don't know what kind of card you use so I can't me much more specific than that). I can't promise it will work for you (apparently some others have tried it but without success), but it's worth a shot.

When you pause, Super Adaptor's charge is reset.

If you defeat the boss in an arena with 2 connected screen, with the left one having rainy weather, the rain effects will stop when the victory sound plays. This happen regardless the right screen having rainy weather or not.

The game still crashes when I try to move the nombrellan spawner.

When you kill a boss that drops a Large Health item that you collect on the same frame it dies, this happens...

Well, I did try that when I saw your suggestion in the many previous posts ago and the game is still draggin.
I guess I gotta wait for the fix in the new patch.

Skimming through the last page it seems apparent that a lot of other people have had the same problem that I did, but here's another drop in the bucket:

I updated from 1.4.2.1 to 1.5.3 just today and things went well until I got:

"Win32 function failed: HResulet: 0x887a005 / Call: GR_D3D_Device->CreateBlendState at line 467 in file\StateManager.cpp"

While i was playing a long medium wily challenge. The level was "factory ascension". I was transitioning from one screen to another. The error window minimized the game. I tried to tab back in from the error window and i got:

"Win32 function failed: HResult: 0x887a001 / Call: pDXGIFactory->CreateSwapChart[? sorry my handwrinding got bad and i can't tell what i wrote down] at line 492 in file\Graphicps_Display.cpp."

No error log was created. Temp levels were still in the roaming folder. I rebooted MMM and it froze while loading another wily challenge. Closed it and when i checked the roaming the temp levels from when it had the errors were gone. It loaded again just fine but was very laggy, which i just assume is server or my internet connection.

Closed and reloaded and while I was playing another wily challenge, i got this, which came from a different sort of pop up than the win32 errors. This one came with a copy button.

This error occurred during a level called "metal men" and it happened right after the boss lives loaded for two metal mans in (what i assume was) a final boss room.


First post, so thanks for the game and thank you for your work. I really love it and i know it's at least primarily a labor of love.

The Boss Suppressor isn't working for me. I have a old fashioned Teleporter Room boss rush. When I beat the 8th & final boss & return to the main teleporter room (where the boss suppressor is), it doesn't end the level. Why isn't it working?

A workaround to your problem is have 8 locked doors and each boss drops a key for them. Behind the locked doors is an Energy element to end the level.

So I am trying to put a secret boss room in my level where you fight Flame Man, Grenade Man and Tornado Man all at once. The arena is a 4 screen room interconnected to each other, designed to those specific bosses. The two former Robot Masters work fine and are actually fun to fight. However, I am having problems with the latter, Tornado Man. Apparently he just glitches out of the area and gets himself killed in the process whenever the fuck he pleases. This is really bad because I want players to earn each of the robot masters weapons to unlock some more secret pathways to the main boss. The video below will showcase this problem. Please forgive my screen capture program. Fraps fucking sucks dick.
