I totally agree! That way, for an Elecman fight, you could use the Revenge strat with a weapon other than the buster, and that Revenge strat wouldn't only be applicable to Elecman! Yeah, I watch way too much RoahmMythril.

I don't think the dev team will be capable of adding the specific special effect of each weakness flinching to every robot master (i.e: fire weapon causes him to be set on fire, ice weapon freezes him, etc.). Besides, while it looks a lot nicer graphically, it also makes boss fights way too easy because you can keep interrupting the boss... So I'm afraid I'll have to vote against it.

They Won't Need Any Special Effects.
Add Any "Freezing" or "Burning" Animation Would Be Hard....
However,i Think This Should Be "Optional"... Or Something like CUTSMAN!

I can imagine something like that just with the original weakness weapons from the capcom games, because now we have 22 robot masters and 36 weapons, it would require almost 800 specific animations.

Unless it could be just a diferent shine arround the robot master with no influence in his moves.
