and it's very annoying if you make bigger level. Feels like it's every 1-2 minutes and i wish I had option that could make it every 5 or 10 minutes

Oh, is that why my editor freezes up occasionally for a few seconds every so often while I'm working on my unreasonably overambitious level? Would make sense, given how long it takes to save/load manually already.
I have the same problem as you guys. I'm making a screen-by-screen remake of Zelda 1. I'm currently working on the last dungeon and it's got to a point where I have just 1 minute to edit and then 3 or 4 minutes of autosave. It would be nice to have the option to disable autosave. It should default to on since most people aren't going to make levels this big, but for the few of us who make these huge metroidvania things we'd like to be able to turn it off and save manually instead.
While there isn't a feature for this yet, there's a workaround I found awhile back. If you delete the name of your level in the editor until you want to save again, the game can't autosave the level, so it won't freeze up. You've just got to make sure that you give the level a name again and save every so often so that you don't lose your progress if something crashes the game or if you accidentally close the game without saving.
