Cheat BG: Cheat Man's stage uses music from Ratchet and Clank.
Cheat BG 2: In the train section of Cheat Man's stage, Cerebrums from Earthbound Beginnings/Mother 1 appear as enemies that jump around, shoot bouncing orbs, and cause the screen to become white for a few seconds.
Cheat BG 3: A quote from the SpongeBob episode, "Graveyard Shift"
Yoshino BG: Yoshino Man's forest background is primarily a mashup of recolored Hard Man and Plant Man background tiles.

Mario Tile 2: A role reversal of the Hotel Mario intro.
Cheat Tile: The ProJared cheating scandal.
Cheat Tile 2: The asdfmovie episode of the same name.
Kamen Tile: Kamen Rider's original tileset was from Duncan's Factory from Earthbound Beginnings/Mother 1.
Light 2 Tile: Dr. Light Stage 2 uses music and backgrounds from the Clock Tower level from Castlevania 3.
Light 3 Tile: Another reference to the stage's music.
Shade Tile 2: I removed the pink metal tiles from this tileset and replaced them with the same grass and rocks used throughout the rest of the tileset.
Light 2 Ladder: There are a lot of pink Wily tiles, but there are also a lot of purple Light tiles.
Mario Lava: A reference to Shade Tile 2's original description, both Lava and Grass tiles are/were highly requested tiles by the community.
Whispy Spike: The obligatory pink Wily tile reference,
Carpet Monster: An almost direct rip of the Carpet Monster's original description from Mother 3.

I have a surprise intact for the Rockman CX mod, but i'm not revealing yet

but after i make the Rockman CX mod, i will be making the 16-Bit Mod and the Deconfirmed Mod

The 16-Bit mod will add extra colors to every sprite in the game except for the player and UIs and also replace the sound effects with ones from Mega Man 7

The Deconfirmed Mod will add deconfirmed bosses and tilesets, i'm planning on replacing Ice Man with Chill Penguin, and Skull Man with Bass

Although this is not quite the surprise, i am announcing that the mod will not just be a Rockman CX mod and will also include Mega Man V GB assets and expanded Mega Man 7 assets over Mega Man 6 Alt. assets, and Mega Man 8 assets will be replaced with Mega Man and Bass assets. Dynamo Man will replace Grenade Man.

Oh, and Shadow Man is here too. (Keyword: Shadow)

I am planning on converting Mega Man 8 into Mega Man and Bass in this mod, so i need to hunt down NSFs of every stage and boss theme in the game.

The literal Shadow Man now has his own tileset and backgrounds. The tiles are recolored and slightly edited Spark Mandrill tiles from Mega Man Xtreme, and i made the backgrounds myself. The backgrounds come in two variants: One with Robot Master Capsules, and one without them. "Shadow" Man also uses Spark Mandrill's theme. Cut Man, Fire Man, Jewel Man, and Tundra Man appear in the capsules.

In the mod, here's what specifically will be added in Wily Wars, 7, and Mega Man & Bass content, a small hint at my surprise content, all tiles so far, and some bad news on Dynamo Man:

All Mega Man 1 and 2 tilesets except for 5 of them will get 8-Bit demade Wily Wars textures, however, there are some restrictions due to other modded tiles, here they are:

Mega Man 1's Wily Stage 1 tile (The new one added in 1.5, not the old one that's been here since 1.1) is replaced by the black and orange tiles from Rockman CX's Quick Man credits sequence.

Flash Man tiles look incredibly similar to each other in both The Wily Wars and the original Mega Man 2, so there isn't really enough difference to do Wily Wars Flash tiles.

Mega Man 2's Wily Stage 1 tiles (except for maybe the rocks) already look good enough IMO, i'd say they were ahead of their time for Mega Man 2 tiles.

Mega Man 2's Wily Stage 5 tiles have been recolored to look identical to the Rockman CX Light Stage 5 tiles.

I will not be adding Wily Wars Mega Man 3 assets, as Mega Man 3's tileset and background sections are where nearly all of the Rockman CX tiles and backgrounds are. One of the reasons why i chose Mega Man 3 as a primary Rockman CX asset game is because Mega Man 3 is the only game in the series that I've played so far that i genuinely dislike.

The Mega Man 7 and Wily Wars assets will primarily be replacing the alternate tiles from Mega Man 6, as we sure don't have enough of those. (I checked, and Yamato Man has 10 tilesets)

Mega Man and Bass tiles and backgrounds will replace Mega Man 8, I do like Mega Man 8, but since Mega Man 8 and Mega Man and Bass are so thematically similar, it doesn't really matter that i just mod the MM&B content over the 8 content.

Some bad news about Dynamo Man, is that, while his pose stuttering has been made much less worse, if the pose stuttering were to be fixed, Mega Man Maker's code would have to have changes to its sprite handling, therefore making the mod incredibly hard to port to later versions of MMM, so you will have to have a jittery Dynamo Man. At least his other animations look fine.

All i can say about my surprise content is that the literal Shadow Man boss, tileset, and backgrounds i showcased a while ago all have to do something with it.

I am now mostly done with CX and 7 content in the mod now. The mod is approaching release, expect it to release sometime after E3.

I quote directly to you to see it, I recommend that when you finish it, take advantage and put the water wave error again to hurt the bosses for each wave instead of the three, so if you hit the three waves do triple the damage, as in 1.3.3 (As far as it went)

I recommend you change to Wind Man for Gyro Man and in passing, Silver Tomahawk for Gyro Attack or change that name to Tornado Hold
