Cameo Weapon: Pshyco Iris

Here's a Cameo Weapon Suggestion:
Pshyco Iris, from Pshyco Waluigi.

Why?
So you probably don't know the Website called Mario Fan Game Galaxy, a Fan Website for Mario Games. Apparently now has support for Other frechises, mainly, Zelda, Pokemon, Kirby, Metroid, and Mega Man, Out of the 4 Mega man Games there, there is one is a game there that only matters.
Yep, Mega Man Maker, Seriously, not lying.

One of the Best Games it hosts there is Pshyco Waluigi, A game you may or may not heard about this game, but ethier way that game is amazing (not "nintendo" amazing, but still amazing).

Pshyco Iris is Waluigi's main tool in the game, using it to grab items, enemies, projectlies, and to controll ciertan enemies to use it's hablilities.

MMM's Pshyco Iris Should control almost exactly the same, but since Mega man enemies do have an actual health, unlike Pshyco Waluigi, it should hurt enemies 3 time in a row, and any enemy it kills will be instead picked up and can be thrown with the shoot button.
Just like in the soucre material, ciertan enemies can be used to attack other enemies.
Enemies should damage other doing half the amount of their health, while projectiles do the same damage.
The weapon has 28 uses, only affected when not grabbing anything.

The behavior of the weapon sounds very complex, I believe it'd take the devs a very long time to figure out how to make it work.
